The conference will be held in January 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, specifically at the Blue Star Arts District. The main venue is called Brick, a unique space located in an artistic neighborhood right on the San Antonio River. This location offers an urban, artsy vibe with easy access to galleries, breweries, restaurants, and the famous Riverwalk. The conference will be hosted across two primary locations: the Brick venue and the Embassy Suites hotel, both situated in walkable areas that provide convenience for attendees.
-
The conference spans three full days of intensive programming (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), with attendees arriving on Tuesday evening (January 20th) and checking out Saturday morning. Each conference day will run from approximately 9 AM to 4-5 PM, featuring a mix of keynote speakers, interactive sessions, small group breakouts, and networking opportunities. The extended three-day format is a direct response to attendee feedback from the previous conference, allowing for deeper connections and more comprehensive learning experiences.
-
We're intentionally limiting attendance to 100 women to maintain an intimate, high-connection experience. This represents a 66% growth from the previous conference's 60 attendees. The cap ensures that every participant can meaningfully interact with most other attendees, fostering deep professional and personal connections.

Yes, the registration process allows you to request a roommate. If you don't have a specific preference, the organizers will thoughtfully pair attendees.

Rental cars are not needed and will be the more expensive option. Hotel parking is $55 a day but an Uber from the hotel to the venue is less than $3 per person for a full Uber and 4 min drive away. The areas around the two venues are highly walkable for entertainment, exploration and dining but an Uber is recommended for going between the two venues.
The conference locations are strategically chosen to eliminate transportation hassles. Everything is within walking distance or a short, inexpensive Uber ride. The event planning software will even help facilitate ride-sharing between attendees.
The airport is an easy Uber to the hotel averaging $8 per person for a full Uber. The Conference App has a ride share feature that will help you coordinate with other attendees at the airport. -
Breakfast is fully included at the hotel, offering an extensive buffet with hot and made-to-order options accommodating various dietary needs. Lunch and snacks will be provided at the conference venue. Dinner is on your own, but you'll be surrounded by numerous restaurant options in the vibrant downtown area and attendees can coordinate group outings in the hotel lobby at the manager’s reception over free beer and wine.

We are currently prioritizing the in-person experience before introducing virtual attendance. Future virtual options will only be implemented when they can be executed with the same high quality and intentionality as the in-person event.
We want to impact as many women as possible and know that attending in person is not an option for everyone. Please give us some time to work through the tedious job of planning an in-person event and then we will be able to assess if adding a virtual option is feasible.
